COLUMBUS—The Ohio House of Representatives on Wednesday passed House Bill 264, which will expand the type of facilities that are eligible for the Renewable Energy Tax Credit in the State of Ohio, announced bill sponsor, State Rep. Mark Johnson (R-Chillicothe). Johnson sponsored this legislation alongside State Rep. Justin Pizzulli (R-Scioto County).

COLUMBUS – The House Criminal Justice Committee today passed House Bill 37, legislation that would raise the penalty for Aggravated Vehicular Homicides committed by drunk drivers, announced bill sponsors, State Reps. Mark Johnson (R-Chillicothe) and Kevin Miller (R-Newark).

COLUMBUS – The Ohio House of Representatives voted in favor of House Bill 93, changing the limitations on recovery and lien imposition by municipalities against property owners of non-owner-occupied properties for unpaid water, sewer, and disposal services rates and charges. The measure is joint sponsored by State Reps. Mark Johnson (R-Chillicothe) and Riordan McClain (R-Upper Sandusky).
