COLUMBUS—The House Energy and Natural Resources Committee today heard sponsor testimony from State Rep. Justin Pizzulli (R-Scioto County) on House Bill 264, legislation that will expand the type of facilities that are eligible for the Renewable Energy Tax Credit in the State of Ohio.
COLUMBUS—The House Ways and Means Committee today began hearings on House Bill 263, the 70 Under 70 Plan, announced bill sponsor, State Rep. Thomas Hall (R-Madison Twp.).
State Reps. Melanie Miller (R-City of Ashland) and Beth Lear (R-Galena) spoke at the first hearing for legislation they have introduced, House Bill 236, “The Never Alone Act.” The bill ensures every patient has access to an advocate to be with them in a hospital, nursing home or other congregate care setting - especially during a health emergency.
COLUMBUS—House Bill 61, which will designate November 19th as “James A. Garfield Day” in Ohio, yesterday passed the Ohio Senate 31-0. Bill sponsors, State Reps. Callender (R-Concord) and Troy (D-Willowick), were pleased to see unanimous passage in both the Ohio House and Senate.

Some agencies fail to meet regulatory reduction targets set under SB9
