State Rep. Tim Ginter (R-Salem) announces local East Palestine manufacturer CeramFab/WYG Refractories has partnered with JobsOhio for an initiative to add more jobs to the region.
“I am genuinely excited to see new business come to Columbiana County in the form of such an expansive project with CeramFab and WYG Refractories,” said Ginter. “During these times of economic difficulty, I am thankful to JobsOhio and the involved manufacturing companies for collaborating to foster workforce development in Ohio.”
The effort was coordinated between CeramFab/WYG Refractories, JobsOhio, Team NEO and Columbiana County Port Authority to move the project forward, which will establish two major manufacturing operations in East Palestine.
The project is estimated to create nearly 50 jobs.
