COLUMBUS –State Representative Tavia Galonski (D-Akron) released a statement today as Ohio recorded over 100,000 COVID-19 cases:
“As Ohio surpasses 100,000 cases, we need to reflect on the hardworking Ohioans who have had their lives impacted by COVID-19. Going forward, we should follow the science and implement the policies which will best keep Ohioans safe. People need to realize that the virus is still spreading, and we do not have a vaccine yet. Please keep washing your hands, practice social distancing and wear a mask. It’s important to be ready for additional safeguards to come out as we learn more about this new virus. We must be willing to change our own behavior to keep fellow Ohioans safe,” Galonski said.
