Carruthers Issues Statement on Passage of Ohio Medical Freedom Plan

COLUMBUS – State Representatives Sara Carruthers (R-Hamilton) issued the following statement today regarding House Bill 218, the Ohio Medical Freedom Plan:

“The Ohio Medical Freedom Plan protects the rights and freedoms of Ohioans. Healthcare issues are deeply personal, especially regarding vaccines. These decisions should be made by Ohioans in consultation with their doctor – not because of government orders from Columbus or Washington. This is a good bill that is the result of extensive debate. I was proud to support its passage.”
