COLUMBUS—State Rep. Michael Sheehy (D-Oregon) today announced that the Ohio House accepted the conference report for Senate Bill (SB) 163, which includes a provision sponsored by Reps. Sheehy and Sobecki (D-Toledo) to create the Fallen Timbers Battlefield license plate. SB 163 also included a provision that would prorate registration fees for electric motor and hybrid vehicle owners, which Rep. Sheehy originally introduced as House Bill (HB) 490 with Rep. Greenspan (R-Westlake) in February 2020. The bill now moves to the governor’s desk for his signature.
