Cross Issues Statement on Demolition and Site Revitalization Grant for Hancock County

State Rep. Jon Cross (R-Kenton) has issued the following statement on the announcement of $340,588 for the Hancock County Commissioners Office from the state operating budget passed by the General Assembly last year:

“I have always been a proponent of economic prosperity and creating jobs here in the district - the Demolition and Site Revitalization Grant Program does just that. This funding will go towards seven projects here in Hancock County to revitalize those areas to make them attractive enough for businesses to come, increase property values and at the end of the day create more jobs for Ohioans. I was happy to support the legislation that’s providing these dollars on this initiative of economic growth for our communities.”
