State Rep. Jeffrey Crossman (D-Parma) today issued the following statement in response to General Motors’ announcement that it will invest $700 million to create 450 jobs at three facilities in Ohio including the Parma Stamping Plant:
“GM’s continued investment in our community signals they understand, as we do, that Ohio workers can compete with workers around the world. I hope this announcement leads to additional future investments in Ohio manufacturing. I remain committed to supporting businesses that encourage similar actions to help restore Ohio’s promise of good jobs, a strong economy and opportunities for all Ohio families to prosper.”
