COLUMBUS – State Rep. Elgin Rogers (D-Toledo) today thanked the citizens of Ohio for their overwhelming support in defeating Issue 1 during the August 8th Special Election. 

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Elgin Rogers (D-Toledo) is reminding Ohioans that there is an election upcoming on August 8.  The deadline to register for the election is July 10th, early in-person and mail-in voting begin on July 11th, and the absentee ballot application deadline is August 1st.

Elgin Rogers, Jr. (D-Toledo) today announced two separate funding approvals for the betterment of the northwest Ohio area from this week’s Controlling Board meeting. $750,000 in capital funds for the purchase of a residential treatment facility for Unison Behavioral Health Group, Inc. was approved, as well as, a $2,000,000 increase in funding to complete remedial design work in the Maumee River.
