State Rep. Brigid Kelly (D-Cincinnati) issued a statement today as a state-sponsored mass vaccination site in Cincinnati is scheduled to open next week.
“This is an amazing opportunity for many Cincinnatians to receive the vaccine,” said Rep. Kelly. “For those eligible, getting a vaccine is a vital step for our community to continue the fight against COVID-19.”
The site will pop-up at the Cintas Center on Xavier University’s campus and will be operated by Kroger, in partnership with Cincinnati Public Health, Hamilton County Public Health, and the Health Collaborative.
Beginning on March 18, the site will offer approximately 10,000 first doses and 10,000 second doses of the Pfizer vaccine.
Those eligible to receive the vaccine can now register online by visiting www.kroger.com/rx/covid-vaccine.
