The bill would require retail and mail-order pharmacies to provide prescription readers to ensure blind and visually impaired individuals can safely access critical information about their medications.

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Richard Brown (D-Canal Winchester) today announced that the Controlling Board Monday approved a significant capital fund request from the Adjutant General’s Department. This allocates $1,948,375 for Fiscal Year 2025 to support essential improvements at the Rickenbacker Ohio Army National Guard Aviation Support Facility in Columbus.

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Richard Brown (D-Canal Winchester) today announced that the expanded, back-to-school Ohio sales tax holiday starts Tuesday, July 30th through Thursday, August 8th. During the tax-free holiday, there will be no state or local sales or use tax on all tangible personal property that is $500 or less.
