COLUMBUS—Speaker of the Ohio House Clifford A. Rosenberger (R-Clarksville) today announced that State Representative Tim Ginter (R-Salem) has been appointed to serve on four Ohio House committees.

In January, Ginter was appointed chair of the Community & Family Advancement Committee. With this week’s announcement, he also will be serving on the following committees:

• Government Accountability & Oversight
• Health
• Public Utilities

“It is an honor to be appointed to these four particular committees in the 132nd General Assembly,” Ginter said. “I am very much looking forward to working with my fellow committee members on behalf of my neighbors in Columbiana County and all Ohioans.”

Ginter is serving his second term as state representative for the 5th Ohio House District, which encompasses all of Columbiana County.
