
An improving economy improves the quality of life here in Ohio. Finding creative policy ideas to make that happen is an important mission of state government.
State Representative Terry Boose (R-Norwalk) has announced that the Ohio House of Representatives yesterday passed a bipartisan, comprehensive state operating budget that provides crucial assistance to schools and community programs, while at the same time reducing the burden on Ohio’s taxpayers.
The beginning of the 130th General Assembly has taken place and I am eager to get started. I have both new legislation to pursue as well as working to reenergize previously attempted ideas. All of them will set the wheels in motion for an even better Ohio that is both economically improving and jobs-enhancing.
