COLUMBUS— Speaker of the Ohio House Clifford A. Rosenberger (R-Clarksville) today announced that State Representative Stephen Hambley (R-Brunswick) has been appointed to serve on three Ohio House committees, including as vice chair of the House State & Local Government Committee.

He will also serve on the Education & Career Readiness Committee and the Ways & Means Committee.

“I am motivated to get back to work in the 132nd General Assembly,” said Hambley. “I am thankful for the opportunity Speaker Rosenberger has bestowed upon me to serve as the vice chairman of the House State and Local Government Committee. With hard work in this committee as well as in the Education and Ways and Means committees, my esteemed colleagues and I hope to move Ohio forward and combat the tough challenges our state faces.”

State Representative Steve Hambley is serving his second term in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represents the 69th House District, which includes most of Medina County.
