State Representative Ron Young (R-Leroy) has announced that the Ohio House of Representatives today passed House Bill 483, the Mid-Biennial Review (MBR).  He stated that he was extremely happy that the House included his proposal to expand Lake County’s job incubation and creation program to high schools throughout the county.
