Robert Cole Sprague is currently serving his second term in the Ohio House of Representatives, following his appointment in February 2011. State Representative Robert Sprague (R-Findlay) today applauded the passage of Senate Bill 61 through the Ohio House of Representatives. This legislation would limit to whom a certified copy of a death certificate containing the decedent’s Social Security number may be issued in the first five years after the decedent’s death.

This bill seeks to provide for partial drug prescription refills for the purpose of synchronizing multiple prescriptions for one patient.
