State Representatives Robert Sprague (R-Findlay) and Denise Driehaus (D-Cincinnati) will be joined by family members of individuals with an addiction, law enforcement officials, and industry experts to announce the official signing of House Bill 110, which includes language to create the Good Samaritan Law. The law will become effective in late September.  Representative Sprague, Representative Driehaus, and others will discuss the specific provisions of the law and expand on how this law will be imperative to saving the lives of individuals experiencing a drug overdose.
