State Representative Rick Perales (R-Beavercreek) has announced that he will be hosting a seminar called “Public School Funding 101” with residents of the 73rd House District on Monday, March 3rd.

The seminar will be held from 6-8 p.m. at the Endeavor Room 156A of Wright State University (3640 Colonel Glenn Highway, Dayton, OH 45435).

“Funding for education is one of the issues that I most chronically hear about from my constituents,” Rep. Perales said. “This seminar will provide excellent background knowledge and allow people to understand school funding history and how our schools are currently funded.”

Joining Rep. Perales will be Colleen Grady, education policy advisor at the Ohio House.

The 73rd House District is comprised of the western portions of Greene County. All members of the public are welcome to attend.

He represents the 73rd Ohio House District, which includes Bath Township, Beavercreek, Bellbrook, Centerville, Clifton Village, Fairborn, Huber Heights, Kettering, Miami Township, Sugarcreek Township and Yellow Springs Village.
