Governor Kasich spoke to the Ohio Association on Community Action Agencies, providing a broad preview of the tax proposals that will be included in his proposed budget. This including eliminating the income tax on small businesses with $2 million or less in annual gross receipts.

Antani released the following statement regarding the Governor’s proposal:

“I applaud Governor Kasich on his effort to eliminate the income tax on small businesses. This will help businesses expand their operations by hiring more workers and invest in their local communities. Economic development must be the state’s number one priority and lessening the tax burden on our businesses and people is something I will fight every day for."

Antani is currently serving his first full term in the Ohio House. He represents the 42nd District, which includes Washington Township, Miami Township, Miamisburg, West Carrollton, Moraine, Germantown, and German Township, within Montgomery County.
