COLUMBUS - 

Speaker of the Ohio House William G. Batchelder (R-Medina) today appointed State Representative Mike Duffey (R-Worthington) to serve as the vice chair of the House Commerce, Labor & Technology Committee.


Additionally, Rep. Duffey will serve on the Public Utilities and Finance committees.


"I appreciate this unique opportunity to help lead Ohio's efforts to reduce regulatory burdens on employers, improve the lives of working families and advance technology in our state," Duffey said.


Rep. Duffey is currently serving his second term in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represents the 21st House District, which includes the communities of Dublin, Worthington, Washington Twp., Sharon Twp., Perry Twp., Riverlea and portions of Columbus.
