Creech Announces House Override of Governor DeWine's SAFE Act, Save Women's Sports Act Veto

COLUMBUS – The Ohio House of Representatives yesterday voted to override Governor DeWine’s recent veto of House Bill 68, announced State Rep. Rodney Creech (R-West Alexandria).

Creech issued the following statement regarding the vote:

“Yesterday, I voted ‘yes’ override the Governor’s veto of the SAFE Act and Save Women’s Sports Act. I’m proud to have stood with my colleagues once again for the sake of our children and the integrity of women’s sports. I look forward to this critical legislation becoming law in Ohio.”

The veto override now heads to the Ohio Senate for consideration.
