Dean Announces House Override of Governor DeWine's SAFE Act, Save Women's Sports Act Veto

COLUMBUS – The Ohio House of Representatives today voted to override Governor DeWine’s recent veto of House Bill 68, announced State Rep. Bill Dean (R-Xenia).

Dean issued the following statement regarding the vote:

“We have a collective responsibility to protect our children and the future of our state. Today, I voted to do just that by voting to override the Governor’s veto of House Bill 68, the SAFE Act and Save Women’s Sports Act.”

The veto override now heads to the Ohio Senate for consideration.
