State Representative Marlene Anielski (R-Independence) recently met with high school students from Brecksville, Broadview Heights and Oakwood Village at the Ohio Statehouse as they participated in the Ohio Youth in Government’s Youth Legislature and Youth Supreme Court. They were accompanied by their teachers and municipalities’ elected officials.

The annual sessions took place in the House and Senate chambers and are the culmination of advance student preparation.

“It was wonderful to talk with these local students and meet with future elective leaders," Representative Anielski said. “It’s crucial the next generation truly understand the legislative process to have the best positive impact for our future.”
