COLUMBUS—State Representative Marlene Anielski (R-Walton Hills) announced today a $1,000 annual scholarship courtesy of the Ohio Oil and Gas Association is available to Ohio resident students. The scholarship is for individuals interested in a goal of a career in the industry and is renewable for up to three additional years. Scholarships are limited to undergraduate college studies, technical, or trade school programs in Ohio.

“The past few years have proven Ohio to be a national and international leader in the oil and gas industry,” said Rep. Anielski. “I am excited to bring another opportunity to the students of my district in order that they might study and help build upon the state’s deep history in energy production.”
