State Representative Mark Romanchuk (R-Ontario) is encouraging residents of the 2nd Ohio House District to apply for open positions in the distribution warehouse of School Specialty, Inc.

School Specialty is an education company that provides innovative and proprietary products, programs and services to help educators engage and inspire students. The distribution center will have shifts available from March through August in a casual work environment—a great summer job for students.

“Anytime there is an employment opportunity in Richland County, I’m glad to make more people aware of it,” Rep. Romanchuk said. “Whether someone is in desperate need of job or just wants some extra cash over the summer, this is something that I hope those I represent will look into.”

Applicants must be 17 years old and can apply at, where they must go to the “Careers” section, browse career opportunities and enter 961 in the box next to “Requisition Number” (or they can search by state).
