Sobecki. “There is a movement to restrict a woman’s access to abortion. I want to repeat something I’ve said over and over. Restricting access to safe abortions will not stop abortions. Instead, it puts women at greater health risks. Abortions are a normal medical procedure and the decision a woman makes should be between her and her doctor, not an over-zealous government.”

“I am deeply frustrated with the State School Report Card Study Committee’s final report because it failed to meet statutory requirements,” said State Rep. The Republicans in charge seemed more interested in checking a box than producing a meaningful report.
