Rep. Miller Announces $450,000 For Lorain County Transit
Miller says funds part of state's investment in public transit

State Rep. Joe Miller (D-Amherst) today issued a statement announcing over $450,000 in funding to support Lorain County Transit as part of the state’s transportation budget, which was passed earlier this year with Democratic backing.

“Lorain County faces significant challenges when it comes to public transportation. In both our urban and rural communities, public transit has the opportunity to play a key role in connecting residents to school, work, and healthcare. I’m proud to be part of the Democratic caucus that pushed for this investment by the state, and I will continue to advocate for solutions that increase accessibility in our region.”
