Helium SEO LLC to receive Job Creation Tax Credit from JobsOhio
 
 

COLUMBUS— State Rep. Jessica E. Miranda (D-Forest Park) continues to welcome the many local job creation projects to her district through investment in businesses such as Helium.


“JobsOhio and REDI Cincinnati’s Job Creation Tax Credit program has already brought so many jobs for the great people of District 28,” said Rep. Miranda. “In many ways, this program has shown to be the gift that keeps on giving, especially during such uncertain times. It is job creation opportunities like these that promote local economic development, and therefore a brighter future for the 28th District. I am excited to see what the future holds for Helium SEO LLC, and look forward to more high quality jobs coming to our district; high quality jobs that the people of District 28 deserve.”


Helium SEO LLC, an organization that provides internet marketing services, expects to create 120 full-time positions, generating $6.6 million in new annual payroll and retaining $1.7 million in existing payroll as a result of the company’s expansion project in the City of Blue Ash.


This local project is among the many Job Creation Tax Credit projects selected by JobsOhio and REDI Cincinnati, symbolizing over 8,100 new jobs and $762,856,218 in new fixed assets investment commitment to House District 28.

Rep. Miranda Pushes For Transparency, Workplace Safety Standards For House Employees

 

State Rep. Jessica E. Miranda (D-Forest Park) today sent a letter to Speaker Larry Householder (R-Glenford) calling for transparency and clarity on the House’s handling of coronavirus cases. Last week, House HR staff misidentified a Miranda staffer in its attempt to respond to potential coronavirus exposure among Republican staff. Democrats said that had the mistake not occurred, they would have been kept in the dark entirely.



 
 

Rep. Miranda Announces $300 Million To Help Colleges, Universities, And K-12 Schools Prepare For Fall Semester Amid COVID-19

 

State Rep. Jessica E. Miranda (D-Forest Park) announced Monday the state Controlling Board approved another round of federal funding to support Ohio’s efforts to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak, including $300 million in federal funding to offset Ohio’s K-12 schools and colleges and university’s costs of keeping students and staff safe in the fall.
