At the Akron Children’s Hospital, Governor DeWine signed House Bill 12 into law, which creates the Ohio Children’s Behavioral Network. State Rep. Don Manning (R-New Middletown) introduced the legislation back in May of this year to help improve mental health in Ohio.

State Rep. Don Manning (R-New Middletown) commends the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for announcing $13 million in grants to improve the air quality throughout Ohio. Mahoning County received part of this funding.
