Speaker of the Ohio House Clifford A. Rosenberger (R-Clarksville) today released a statement regarding the passing of former U.S. Congressman Delbert “Del” Latta:


“I was sad to hear the news today regarding the passing of Congressman Del Latta. He was a loyal public servant and advocate for his community. He will be greatly missed for his decades of public service, steadfast morals and values, and tireless work on behalf of his constituents. My thoughts and prayers go out to my good  friend, Congressman Bob Latta, and the rest of Del’s family, as I know this is a difficult time for all of them.”

Today, following the passage of Am. Sub. House Bill 64 through the Senate, the Ohio House voted to reject Senate amendments and to send the state operating budget to conference committee. Speaker Clifford A. Rosenberger (R-Clarksville) released a statement.
