COLUMBUS - 

Speaker of the Ohio House Clifford A. Rosenberger (R-Clarksville) today announced the membership of the House’s 19 committees and six subcommittees for the 131st General Assembly.


“As we begin the 131st General Assembly, there are several issues that need to be continually studied and discussed,” Speaker Rosenberger said. “Each and every House member has a unique background and specialized area of expertise that can be used to properly vet the legislation that is put before them. Together, through the committee process, we will work diligently to find solutions to the state’s most important issues.”


The committee assignments are included in the attached document. Today’s House journal will also reflect these committee assignments.

Today, following the passage of Am. Sub. House Bill 64 through the Senate, the Ohio House voted to reject Senate amendments and to send the state operating budget to conference committee. Speaker Clifford A. Rosenberger (R-Clarksville) released a statement.
