Rosenberger (R-Clarksville)—in conjunction with Southern State Community College and Sinclair Community College—and the Clinton-Warren Joint Fire District will host a groundbreaking event for the fire district’s new burn tower. The burn tower will be utilized to train the region’s first responders.
