COLUMBUS - 

Today, following the passage of Am. Sub. House Bill 64 through the Senate, the Ohio House voted to reject Senate amendments and to send the state operating budget to conference committee. Speaker Clifford A. Rosenberger (R-Clarksville) released the following statement:


“I appreciate the Senate’s work on the state operating budget and look forward to building upon the steps they’ve taken to ensure that this legislation benefits every Ohioan. Along with my colleagues in the House, we will take a closer look at the proposal in conference committee and continue forward with the budget process. Biennial Budget Clears Ohio House With Bipartisan Support
