Rep. Weinstein To Hold Summer Town Halls
Lawmaker will host two public community meetings in August

State Rep. Casey Weinstein (D-Hudson) will host two public town hall meetings during the month of August. The first town hall will take place on Wednesday, August 7 from 7:00 p.m. at the Rush Hour Grille in Twinsburg.

The second town hall will be part of the Ohio Promise Town Hall Tour on Monday, August 19 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hudson Library and Historical Society, and will feature special guest Minority Leader Emilia Sykes (D-Akron).

These town halls provide an excellent opportunity for local residents and business leaders to meet and share their ideas, comments, questions and concerns with Rep. Weinstein regarding all things relating to Ohio state government. These events are free and open to the public.

Democrats say the bill’s passage comes at a critical time as prolonged isolation during the state’s stay-at-home order has led to a spike in domestic violence cases.
