Columbus -

State Representative Candice Keller (R-Middletown) today applauded the approval of a project by the Ohio Tax Credit Authority (TCA) that is expected to create 85 new full-time jobs at Deceuninck North America LLC.

Along with the added job creation, the tax credit is expected to generate $4.5 million in new annual payroll and retain $22.5 million in existing payroll. The approval, which was announced today, is a result of the company’s expansion project in the City of Monroe in Butler County.

Deceuninck North America produces energy-efficient vinyl window and door systems, as well as composite applications for the building and construction industry.

“Today’s announcement by JobsOhio is great news for our region’s economy,” said Keller, who serves part of Butler County, including the City of Monroe. “In my opinion, these 85 new jobs created are an indicator our economy is trending upward and will continue to do so. We appreciate all that Deceuninck North America has been doing in the Monroe community, and it is my wish they have continue growth and prosperity in our region.”

The TCA approved a 1.35 percent, seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.
