During today’s session of the Ohio House of Representatives, State Representative Anthony DeVitis (R-Green) presented a House resolution to Tallmadge Middle School teacher Justin Christopher to honor the school’s award-winning Technology Education Program.

State Representative Anthony DeVitis (R-Green) today announced that the Ohio House of Representatives passed House Bill 90, which establishes harsher penalties for owners, managers or employees of kennels and rescue shelters who commit animal cruelty. The bill is commonly referred to as “Nitro’s Law.”
