State Rep. Alicia Reece (D-Cincinnati) today announced the release of over $1.08 million in state funds to TechSolve, an organization that provides technical and business assistance to small and medium-sized manufacturers in the Cincinnati area.

“TechSolve is a one-stop-shop for many of our small and medium-sized manufacturers here in Cincinnati,” said Rep. Reece. “This investment allows local job firms to continue receiving the support they need to grow and create quality jobs in our city.”

TechSolve serves as a regional service provider for the Ohio Manufacturing Extension Partnership Program (MEP), a statewide program offering professional support to promote growth, productivity and market competitiveness to Ohio manufacturers through each of its six regional hubs, including the TechSolve program in Cincinnati.

In addition to state funding, MEP utilizes federal funding from the National Institute of Standards and Technology Manufacturing Extension Partnership Program. TechSolve will provide $1.06 million to match the state funds.
