State Representative Rick Perales is serving his third term in the Ohio House. He serves the 73rd House District, which includes the western portion of Greene County, including Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
Christmas and the New Year are right around the corner, and the Ohio General Assembly has just wrapped up a busy season of legislative session. This month we studied and debated a wide variety of issues, seeking solutions to improve the quality of life for all Ohioans. Among the legislation we passed were provisions from bills I sponsored. House Bill 471 cleared the legislature and included several matters that I championed throughout the 131st General Assembly.
Yesterday, State Representative Rick Perales (R-Beavercreek) hosted Ohio Aerospace Day at the Ohio Statehouse in conjunction with the Ohio Aerospace and Aviation Council (OAAC) and the Ohio Aerospace and Aviation Technical Committee (OAATC), which he chairs.
The Ohio House today unanimously passed House Bill 535, sponsored by State Representative Rick Perales (R-Beavercreek), which requires Ohio employers to hold the employment position of any out-of-state National Guard member who is called to serve in the state in which they are enlisted.
